Terms of Use

Last updated: 1 August 2026

These Terms of Use apply when you visit or use Disco Media websites, apps, content, and related services (the Services). By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

The Services

Disco Media publishes and operates information products, websites, applications, and other digital services. We may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services from time to time.

Information on the Services is provided for general information only. It is not professional, financial, legal, medical, or other advice, and you should obtain advice suited to your circumstances before relying on it.

Your use of the Services

You may use the Services for lawful, personal, and legitimate business purposes. You must not:

  • interfere with the security, availability, or normal operation of the Services;
  • scrape, copy, reproduce, or republish material at scale without our permission;
  • use the Services to infringe another person's rights or break the law; or
  • introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, or misuse contact and support channels.

Content and intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the Services and their content, design, branding, software, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Disco Media and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to our public content for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

Third-party names, logos, links, and content remain the property of their respective owners. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their content or availability.

Messages and submissions

If you send us feedback, ideas, support requests, or other material, you confirm that you have the right to send it. We may use feedback to operate and improve the Services without compensation or obligation to you, except where we agree otherwise in writing. Please do not send confidential information through public forms.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the Services useful, secure, and available, but they are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or complete Services.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. Subject to those rights, Disco Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services.

Ending access

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or end access where reasonably necessary to protect the Services, comply with law, or address a breach of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the parties submit to the courts of Victoria and courts entitled to hear appeals from them.

Questions about these terms can be sent to privacy@discomedia.co.
